Overview

OmicsAnalyst 2.0 is a web‑based platform designed to support end‑to‑end analysis of multi‑omics data, from exploratory statistics to functional interpretation and causal hypothesis testing. It operates through three complementary analytical components seamlessly integrated within a unified workflow:

  • Comprehensive Statistical Integration using well-established statistical methods to explore patterns and covariance through individual omics analysis, pairwise omics analysis, and multi-omics joint analysis.
  • Interpretable Network Integration visualizing omics signatures in biological context across omics layers through comprehensive molecular network creation, network expansion and distillation, and network visualization with functional analysis.
  • Causal Mechanistic Analysis elucidating regulatory mechanisms, interaction effects, and driver features through mediation analysis, interaction modeling (IntLIM), and regulatory network construction.

OmicsAnalyst 2.0 supports multiple analytical workflows tailored to different research questions.
